Just wasted 12 minutes of my life reviewing the latest release from Mr Dokken...and it sucks...just flat out sucks. Save your money kids what a disappointment. Don says; "this is the best Dokken CD since 1986!"

LMAO!

Standard promo BS with nothing on that CD to back it up.

Don's voice is shot. No wonder the label told him to rework his vocals. The guitars are not heavy. The songwriting is predictable. It's just not a heavy metal record once again as advertised....

OK, so I read that Don acknowledges that this live recording from 1981 is actually Jeff on Bass and background vox. Part of me says... cool! And then part of me wonders if Don is correct about this given my assumption that Jeff joined the band in 1982. Does anyone know for sure?

Then, of course is the REAL question - if it is Jeff (and clearly George) on this release, do they get paid for any portion of the sales? I was hesitant because I didn't want to be burned by yet another George Lynch release. I should have saved my money. First, it is all covers which I already knew. But I still thought I'd give it a chance. Second, George didn't even play rhythm guitar on it. They got some other guy to play the rhythms.
